"Permissions? Come on! Why would it need access to camera etc when I dont use my phone as the terminal????? I only want to see the daily transactions etc on my phone, nothing else!!!! I wont give you permissions and probably cancel the poynt merchant account too, some companies need to be investigated!"

"As of the latest update it would not work unless I granted permissions over my contacts, camera, audio and files. This application shouldn't require such access. Previous to the latest update, it worked intermittently. Terminals could not be isolated, reports would not generate. Overall this Poynt System has been buggy since its release. It hasn't gotten better with GoDaddys acquisition. I have uninstalled the app. 8/31/2021 I will not grant unnecessary permissions."

"The app doesn't allow me to put in a dollar amount for manual entry. It "resets" to 0.00 no matter how many attempts to put in a dollar amount such as $10.00. Someone please fix this bug no allowing manual entry"

"It stopped allowing me to input a dollar amount into the manual transaction, which is the only reason to have the app on my phone. When it worked the app was adequate but I still need the hardware portal to settle batchs, again limiting the usefulness of the app. All in all, for the money we pay Poynt, fix the dumb app!"
